SStyle (“we”, “the app”) is an AI fashion-styling app. This policy
explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and your choices.
Data we collect
- Photos & images you capture or upload — body/full-body photos, selfies,
wardrobe item photos, outfit/community posts, and marketplace listing photos.
- Precise location (GPS) — to show local weather and suggest weather-suitable
outfits/products, and (only if you create a marketplace listing) to tag the listing's area.
- Account info — your name, email and avatar from Sign in with Apple or Google.
- Style & body data — body measurements, body shape, and skin-tone/color
analysis you provide or that the app derives, used to personalize suggestions.
- Marketplace contact — the contact info (e.g. Zalo/phone) you choose to add to a listing.
- Advertising identifiers — if you allow tracking (iOS App Tracking Transparency
prompt), Google AdMob may use your device advertising identifier to show more relevant ads.
If you decline, ads still show but are not personalized via tracking.
- Basic usage/diagnostic data — to keep the app working and improve features.
How we use it
To generate outfit suggestions and AI try-on/styling, organize your wardrobe, power the
community feed and second-hand marketplace, show weather-aware recommendations, and (for free
users) display ads.
Who we share it with (service providers)
- Supabase — secure cloud storage of your account, profile, posts and listings.
- Google Gemini / Vertex AI — processes images and text to produce AI styling,
try-on and search results.
- Google AdMob — advertising (free tier only).
- Apple — Sign in with Apple authentication.
- Open-Meteo — weather, queried from your approximate location.
- Affiliate networks (e.g. AccessTrade, Shopee) — only when you tap a “shop”
link; we do not send them your personal data.
We do not sell your personal data.
Your choices & rights
- Delete your account anytime in-app: CÁ NHÂN → Xoá tài khoản. This deletes your
account and your data (profile, posts, listings) from our servers.
- Tracking: control ad tracking via iOS Settings → Privacy → Tracking (or the in-app ATT prompt).
- Report / Block: report objectionable content or block users in the community feed and marketplace.
- Permissions: camera, photos and location are optional and requested only when needed;
you can revoke them in iOS Settings.
Children
SStyle is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We may update this policy; the “Last updated” date reflects the latest version.

SStyle (“chúng tôi”, “ứng dụng”) là ứng dụng phối đồ thời trang bằng AI.
Chính sách này nêu rõ chúng tôi thu thập gì, vì sao, chia sẻ với ai, và lựa chọn của bạn.
Dữ liệu chúng tôi thu thập
- Ảnh & hình bạn chụp hoặc tải lên — ảnh cơ thể/toàn thân, ảnh chân dung, ảnh món đồ
trong tủ, bài đăng cộng đồng và ảnh tin đăng ở Chợ.
- Vị trí chính xác (GPS) — để hiển thị thời tiết khu vực và gợi ý outfit/sản phẩm hợp
thời tiết; và (chỉ khi bạn đăng tin ở Chợ) để gắn khu vực cho tin.
- Thông tin tài khoản — tên, email, ảnh đại diện từ Đăng nhập với Apple hoặc Google.
- Dữ liệu phong cách & cơ thể — số đo, dáng người, phân tích tông da/màu sắc bạn cung
cấp hoặc app suy ra, dùng để cá nhân hoá gợi ý.
- Liên hệ ở Chợ — thông tin liên hệ (vd Zalo/điện thoại) bạn tự thêm vào tin.
- Định danh quảng cáo — nếu bạn cho phép theo dõi (hộp thoại ATT của iOS), Google AdMob
có thể dùng định danh quảng cáo để hiển thị quảng cáo phù hợp hơn. Nếu từ chối, quảng cáo vẫn
hiển thị nhưng không cá nhân hoá.
- Dữ liệu sử dụng/chẩn đoán cơ bản — để app chạy ổn định và cải thiện tính năng.
Mục đích sử dụng
Tạo gợi ý outfit và thử đồ/phối đồ bằng AI, quản lý tủ đồ, vận hành cộng đồng và Chợ đồ
secondhand, gợi ý theo thời tiết, và (với người dùng miễn phí) hiển thị quảng cáo.
Chia sẻ với ai (nhà cung cấp dịch vụ)
- Supabase — lưu trữ đám mây an toàn cho tài khoản, hồ sơ, bài đăng, tin Chợ.
- Google Gemini / Vertex AI — xử lý ảnh và văn bản để tạo kết quả phối đồ, thử đồ, tìm kiếm.
- Google AdMob — quảng cáo (chỉ bản miễn phí).
- Apple — xác thực Đăng nhập với Apple.
- Open-Meteo — thời tiết, truy vấn theo vị trí gần đúng của bạn.
- Mạng tiếp thị liên kết (AccessTrade, Shopee…) — chỉ khi bạn bấm liên kết “mua
sắm”; chúng tôi không gửi dữ liệu cá nhân của bạn cho họ.
Chúng tôi không bán dữ liệu cá nhân của bạn.
Quyền & lựa chọn của bạn
- Xoá tài khoản bất cứ lúc nào trong app: CÁ NHÂN → Xoá tài khoản. Thao tác này xoá tài
khoản và dữ liệu của bạn (hồ sơ, bài đăng, tin) khỏi máy chủ.
- Theo dõi quảng cáo: chỉnh ở Cài đặt iOS → Quyền riêng tư → Theo dõi (hoặc hộp thoại ATT).
- Báo cáo / Chặn: báo cáo nội dung phản cảm hoặc chặn người dùng ở cộng đồng và Chợ.
- Quyền truy cập: camera, ảnh, vị trí là tuỳ chọn và chỉ xin khi cần; bạn có thể thu hồi
trong Cài đặt iOS.
Trẻ em
SStyle không hướng đến trẻ dưới 13 tuổi và không cố ý thu thập dữ liệu của trẻ.
Thay đổi
Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật chính sách; ngày “Cập nhật” phản ánh phiên bản mới nhất.
